1. Types of Data Deleted
When a data deletion request is processed, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases:
- Personal Profile: Name, email, phone number, and profession.
- Activity Logs: Usage history and device identifiers.
- Uploaded Content: Any specific transaction data linked solely to your user ID.
Note: Some transaction records may be retained for a limited period if required for legal compliance or financial auditing by your organization’s administrator.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request data deletion through the following methods:
Method A: Via Email (Recommended)
- Send an email to firewoodlpgsoft@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Please include your registered email address or phone number.
- Our technical team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 to 10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Method B: Through App Settings
- Open the Firewood LPG App.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Tap on "Request Account Deletion".
- Confirm your request.
3. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions (If applicable)
If you used Facebook to log into Firewood LPG, you can remove your data permissions by:
- Going to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Clicking Apps and Websites.
- Selecting Firewood LPG and clicking Remove.
