Welcome to Firewood LPG. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Firewood LPG mobile application (the "App") developed and operated by Tyro Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Account Creation and Use
Authorized Access: Accounts are created by an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes, which include:
- Tracking and managing LPG firewood purchases and sales.
- Communicating within the scope of the App's features.
- Accessing reports and data authorized for your user level.
Prohibited Actions: You may not use the App for any illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer the software, or interfere with the App's security features.
3. Data and Content
User Content: You retain ownership of the data you input into the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data to provide the services.
Accuracy of Data: Firewood LPG is a management tool. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for financial losses resulting from incorrect data entry by users.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Tyro Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
5. Service Availability and Updates
"As-Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Updates: We may update the App from time to time to add features or fix bugs. These updates may be automatic or require user action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyro Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for security reasons.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tyro Solutions is registered (Bangladesh), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
